Rob Valli has spent his life testing things to failure and keeping only what works—from racing sled dogs and building companies to designing his own gear when nothing off the shelf was good enough. He has a habit of pushing tools to their limits and cutting anything that doesn’t prove itself. OUTCAST is what happens when someone like that decides to build watches instead of excuses.

Some complete watches and parts shown right now on the site (I'm looking at you, Voyager and Vagabond) are still in production, and are a months or two out. Pre-orders are filled first, and we buy parts in small batches, so by the time a new shipment arrives a good share is already reserved and the rest tends to sell quickly. If there is a bezel, dial, or complete watch you know you want, pre-ordering is the most reliable way to make sure it’s available for you.

Not everyone wants a complete watch. If you’d rather pre-order dials and bezel inserts and build your own, we keep a section of the store just for that, because we owe a lot to the Seiko mod and NH35 builder communities. Over the last three years, they’ve backed every part we’ve made. Every component in every watch was essentially crowdfunded into existence by modders. Without that support, this bird never would have flown.
