Launching the Online Tool Watch Builder...

Today we are launching something 3 years in the making; the online tool watch builder. This builder lets you put together your own OUTCAST watch out of the same parts I use—so you can build a tool for the job you need it to do, not just pick a color.

All the dials, bezels, and cases here are original OUTCAST designs. You’re not choosing from a generic parts catalog, and nobody else is letting you mix and match them like this.

How it Works

  1. Start with the movement
Pick the movement first. That choice decides which dials will fit, so you only see combinations that actually work.

  2. Choose your base watch
Right now you can start from:

    • A dive-style case with a rotating bezel, or

    • A 39mm smooth fixed-bezel case
More base models will get added over time, but everything starts here.

  3. Movement → case → dial → bezel insert → hands → bracelet
Work your way down the options: dial, bezel insert, case, hands, then bracelet, until the watch looks and functions the way you want it.

  4. Save it or order it
    When you’re done, you can:

    • Add the watch to your cart

    • Copy a link to share it on social or with friends

    • Download the image for later

Build it, tune it, and if it feels right, I’ll put that exact watch together for you.
