So you just submitted your order.  This is what happens next...

You are going to have to wait for about 4-5 weeks, while your watch is built in Hong Kong, then shipped, processed by customs, and finally delivered to you, by a local carrier.  I'm working on FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) for our 'Basic' (or non-customized) watches, and am waiting on 100 watches, but we aren't there yet.

STEP 1:"UNFULFILLED" (From Day 1 to Day 4)

If you used the SHOP app, you aren't going to see much happen at all (it's actually an issue on my list to troubleshoot) but if you login using Shopify, you will see the following status: "UNFULFILLED". "UNFULFILLED" means the Factory in Hong Kong does not yet have your order, or is choosing not to mark it "IN PROCESS", most likely because we don't have parts, or its a holiday or weekend there.  If you see the message, and you realize you have an issue with your order, this is likely the last chance when I can change it. 

STEP 2:"IN-PROCESS" (From Day 4 to Day 20)

"IN PROCESS" means the Factory now has your order, and it's somewhere in the building process, or it's moving to Quality Control and Shipping.  Usually the watches are built very fast but this status can last a few weeks, because it basically is everything that has to do with building your watch, and then packaging and shipping it.

STEP 3:"Fulfilled" (From Day 20 to Day 35+)

After about 3 days AFTER your watch leaves the factory, it will pick up a Yun Express and a 'Last Mile Carrier' Tracking number that will posted to Shopify but it was already moving before this, even though it will say 'Shipping label created' for a few days.  Right now the big question mark is Customs.  This can be super fast, or it can sit at the airport, and add a week to delivery.
